Apalachee Self Storage does not charge an administrative fee for completing our Occupancy Agreement.

First Month is due at Move-In, Plus a $25.00 REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE DEPOSIT (upon vacating you must leave your unit in good, clean condition and broom swept and this deposit is REFUNDABLE!

Second Month is pro-rated giving you credit for days not used in the move-in month. There is no additional expense to have 24/7 Access to your belongings stored with us!

Our Occupancy Agreement is a Month-to-Month Agreement. It will only take a few minutes to complete and you will be on your way!
