Locally owned and operated by the Davee family, Dennis and Kay are partners with their son and daughter in-law, Timothy and Julia in the business. This partnership is undertaking this venture, following substantial success in owning and managing commercial rental properties. We purchased this existing Self Storage Facility and Apalachee Self Storage began business on March 12, 2005.
Dennis and Timothy own and operate Group Eight & Associates, Inc. which is a Construction Company and Commercial Land Development Company. Together they have more than 60 years experience in the construction industry and over 10 years in the commercial land development.
The Davee families moved to Georgia in 1987, and have been in Barrow County for over 17 years. Timothy & Julia have one daughter, Tiffany, who has her Realtor Liscense in the State of Georgia and whom has chosen to be a part of the family business. She joined us in 2007 and is proudly working full-time with us. Apalachee Self Storage is the first Storage Facility we have taken on, and it has become another success for the family.
